Return & Exchange
At RoyalLuster, we strive to ensure your utmost satisfaction with our exquisite collection of jewelry. We understand that occasionally, you may wish to return or exchange a product. We have therefore created a comprehensive Return & Exchange Policy to make the process as seamless as possible. Please read the following guidelines carefully and note that any unauthorized returns will not be accepted:
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
- You may initiate a return or exchange within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Made-to-order products can NOT be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Otherwise, a 30% material fee would be charged.
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons) and items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales are final sales and not eligible for return or exchange.
- Return address: The address is 4 / f, Unit 3, Building B2, No.117 Qiushi Road, Beiyuan Street, Yiwu City, Zhejiang Province, China, 322000.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 60 days of receiving your order. You can reach us through our website or email support@royalluster.com. Please tell us the details of your order in the email: your name, order number, and reason. We will first check if the product you received meets the requirements for return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your return is eligible.
- Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
- Ship the package back to us using a traceable and insured shipping method. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number.
Exchange Process:
- To initiate an exchange, please follow the same steps as the return process mentioned above.
- Indicate the desired exchange item, including size, color, and any other applicable details.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we will assist you in selecting an alternative or offer a refund.
Refund:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days.
- In the case of a return without a RAN or an ineligible return, we reserve the right to refuse the refund and return the item to you.
- For eligible returns, you may also opt for a store gift card instead of a refund, which can be used for future purchases.
Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For exchanges, the shipping costs of the new item will be covered by RoyalLuster.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
- We may request evidence such as photographs to assess the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.
